Grandma’s Spaghetti Mac n Cheese

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Pound Thin Spaghetti
  • 1.5 sticks butter melted
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1.5 lbs Sharp Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 large eggs beaten
  • 1/4 cup Seasoned bread crumbs
  • 1/2 tsp Salt and Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Break spaghetti in half (or buy a box already halved) and cook as directed
  • Microwave butter in a measuring cup until melted
  • Drain spaghetti
  • To spaghetti, add melted butter, 1 lb of shredded sharp cheddar cheese, cream cheese and eggs. Mix together until cheeses are melted
  • Add salt and pepper to taste
  • Add evaporated milk and stir
  • Pour into greased pan and add the remaining 1/2 lb of shredded cheddar to the top. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until top is slightly brown
